1. Cancellation of Services or Orders

• CNG Refueling Services: As CNG is supplied directly at our physical stations and consumed instantly, cancellation after service initiation is not possible.

• Product Orders/Bookings: For any advance bookings or orders for related products/services (such as equipment, accessories, or maintenance services), cancellation requests may be made by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or service.

• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email admin@kngscng.com or call us at +91-98897 44411, quoting your order or reference number.

2. Refund Policy

• CNG Refueling: Payments made for CNG refueling are non-refundable after the fuel has been dispensed.

• Products/Accessories: If you have pre-paid for a product or accessory and wish to cancel the order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

• Services: For pre-booked services cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, payments (if any) will be fully refunded.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Any registration, application, or administrative fees collected for dealership, partnerships, or similar purposes are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

• Processing of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Actual time for credit will depend on your bank/payment provider.

3. No-Show or Late Cancellation

• In case you fail to show up for your scheduled product/service, or request cancellation after the cut-off time, no refund will be issued.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases of transaction failure (such as double payment or technical error) and upon verification, the excess/duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

• If a payment is made but services or products cannot be delivered due to operational or legal constraints, a full refund will be provided.
